voicebanks don´t work correctly

i don´t know why all the voicebanks that i have and even new ones that i downloaded don´t run correclty they reproduce parts that dont match with the oto.ini even tho they´re ok in the voicebank settings... does anyone knows what´s up with that ?

Your system settings might be incorrect. UTAU uses batch files to assist rendering which may not process the oto correctly under incorrect numeric settings. Try changing your decimal separator to a point (period). Instructions on how to do that on Windows 7/8/10 are found here. Follow the instructions for your system and remember that you need a period to solve the issue.
