Wavtool.exe Has Stopped Working

I don't know why this happens. It never did for any other UTAU...

Well, I'm trying out the new UTAU I'm working on. I went to render a WAV and after a while of it going through command prompt, it eventually hits one spot where I get an error message: "Wavtool.exe has stopped working", and I have no choice but to close the program. When I do so, every entry after that in the command prompt box says, "read error at binload". And then no more sound will come out until I restart UTAU again.

I figured that maybe it was just TIPS because it's kind of screwy for me, but then it did the same thing with fresamp. I don't know what to do about this. It happens every time...

Be sure you have japanese locale, if not change it. If yes, try uninstalling UTAU and re install again. Hope this can help.

Yeah, I have Japanese locale. I don't know if I still have this problem or not, but I suppose I'll just reinstall if it happens again. If that doesn't fix it, then I don't know what else to do...
