What is this error?

I've been having this error with Cerise lately but I don't know what it means. At first I thought it was the ust but when I tried another the same thing pops up. I tried copy-pasting it but it comes up as mojibake so here is a screenshot:

The top bar says "Voicebank Report", which means it's not an error.

The window usually pops up when you first load a voicebank, but clicking the little thing in the corner makes it not show up again for that voicebank.

Oh, okay! I'll try to see if there's something up with the oto. ^^;
