The best way to explain this is with photos, I think. I got all three errors into one photo.

The consonant length of ___ is zero. It may be trouble: If you look at the box with the name, alias, offset, and so on, you'll see that "Consonant" is set to 0. You can technically have a file with 0, but it's not recommended, hence the error message. In the oto window, the consonant value will be pink, so you can see that it's not set at all.
The preutterance of ___ is longer than the overlap: The overlap (green) should be before the preutterance (red); here, it's reversed, and that's probably the case with your files as well. There are exceptions where this is fine, but you usually want to avoid this.
The preutterance of ___ is out of consonant area: The preutterance/red line should be within the consonant/pink area. (In this case, the consonant isn't set, so the preutterance will be outside of it no matter what.)

I'm not sure which voicebank those messages were coming from, but there's a chance that it wasn't otoed properly or wasn't configured at all.
Here are two examples of a proper configurations for that same file.

In the first one, the preutterance/red is after the overlap/green and in the consonant area. It shouldn't generate any more error messages. The second one is the same thing. The only difference is that there's a blue field (offset) on the left now, so there's less silence before the note. I'm not sure how much you know about otoing, so if you already knew about offset, just ignore this ^^;
