Where can I download Matsudappoiyo?

Does anyone know where I can download Matsudappoiyo's CV bank? (I'd like to download Act 3, but it doesn't really matter.) The links on his wiki are broken. D:
I need him for my Alice Human Sacrifice cover...

Hmmm, I guess his Act 3 CV is down? I looked around Nico for his DLs, and I couldn't find it.

I DID find two of his "Retake" banks which are CV (I think. At least one is.). Both are from last year. Try using them?

o_o Well, I downloaded both, and they're both in gibberish symbols...

Just as a note, pretty much any bank from Japan and even a bunch from Overseas are Japanese encoded, so changing to Japanese Locale is a good idea - especially since on Vista/Windows 7 it's easy and does very, very little to your computer really.
