I'm planning on covering Gigantic Girl by 40mp, but I can't seem to find the off-vocal version anywhere on the internet.

Oh, you could actually extract instrumentals, go search vocal remover and click the first option, you will need an mp3 with vocals, which you could download using ytmp3 or y2mate, now click the browse files button and try to find your mp3 and after waiting for a bit, click download instrumental
