Why does UTAU resets back to normal?

So basiscally on my old laptop I used UTAU Colors, to make it look pretty

until I got this new laptop, I did everything and made UTAU Colors work perfectly fine
but the thing is that in a few days or even a month UTAU will reset back to
it's normal color interface
What could be happening, I know I added the colors correctly because i've done this thing before

UTAU colors simply writes to a txt config file.
If UTAU is ignoring it then it means that it is
a) being overwritten with a new config file
b) you are running UTAU as an admin and/or viceversa and it's written a new config file as a new user
c) something keeps deleting it.

you should look into wherw you are saving it, the folder permissions, and so forth.
