幸兔雪 (Yukito Yuki) submitted a new resource:

Xingtu Xue style CVVChinese - 6-mora full Chinese CVVC list

*Xingtu Xue is a Chinese reading for my username Yukito Yuki/幸兔雪

Disclaimers:

This is just an alpha version because I don't have a base oto for this reclist yet. This will be updated to 1.0 when I have a base oto and possibly done reclist improvements if any.

If there's anything that could be better on reclist (e.g. "as a native Chinese Mandarin speaker, this xxxxx line is impossible to read", "this xxx Pinyin is missing/unnecessary" etc), please do not hesitate to...

Hi guys,

sorry for a trouble but I realized after making my first test recording that this list is (still) missing some "V C" settings. It was missing some "V C" when I made it sing Mo Li Hua... For example "ou x", "e r" for "bie ren" and "ai r" was missing for sure. I'm very sure that there's other random missing "V C" too yet I haven't discovered yet.

The current, ver. 1.0, is workable BUT like I said, random "V C" are missing, so I advise to wait 'till I have fixed all.

I need to double check all "V C" once again and make extra sure that all's in when I update this.

Sorry and thank you for understanding

Hello guys!

I've worked hard filling missing sounds and polishing reclist the best way possible in December.
I have not yet made an updated oto.ini for this reclist nor recorded any VB yet but just wanted to tell you guys that it's still on work.

Other than covering missing [V C], I added one new consonant "yw" like y in "yu" and "yue". This is due to "y" in these two sounds different that /j/ but /y/. And because I use "v" already in VV section and Alias, I decided to name /y/ in "V C" as "yw" and /y/ in VV as "v" to avoid some confusion (hopefully).

I've thought this very long time. At one time, I was considering dropping "o" "i" "u" and "v(ü)" altogether from VV.

i/u/v because these are basically same as yi/wu/yu. But decided to keep it because changing these to CV instead V would have changed the original reclist structure so much. I personally felt that there is no harm to keep them in the reclist itself at the end is from a very lightweight side of the reclist spectrum.

Another reason for deciding to keep i/u/v in VV was because some speakers and singers don't exactly yi=i. And in case that the user skips recording long tone sounds, they could still do a really long "wu" note in UTAU. e.g. "wu" + "u u".

"o" because none words have it but decided to keep it because it exists in singing and yelling like "wo-o-o-o-o-o".

Here is an updated reclist so far*:
