So I was wondering if there's someway I can buy this Vocaloid CD online (I know not really on topic of Utau...) but they don't do international shipping and is there anyway I can buy it still?

There are forwarding services for buying things from Japan and having them shipped overseas, like Tenso. Additionally, there are some cases like AHS where there's a way to buy from their store outside of Japan.

Oh, I just reread the post. If you mean music CDs, then a forwarding service may still help you. Though I bought my Kiyoteru CD from Alicebooks, which has an overseas shipping option.
If you're lucky, popular Exit Tunes CDs may show up at a convention.
