Anyone want to help me clean up this mess ?

So I've drawn my Utau and I really like it so but I've done this on my iPhone and there isn't much I can do on the app I was using if anyone can help me just clean up the art maybe fix some flaws and shade it just to look a lot nicer I will pay for your work please reply if interested thanks ^_^_
