I did it! See the attachments to see what I came up with after watching Magical Anime Girls & PSG.
Design:
She has a black halo on the top of her head and angel wings. She wears a shirt that reveals her belly button and that has a white bow below the breasts. (Her arms are demented I know!) On /one/ of her arms she wears a white bracelet that is metal like. She wears a short skirt with a black bow on it and a white belt. On her/close to her knees are choker things that have white lace and the main color is black. Her socks are tall almost reaching the chokers and they are black and have white bows. As for a shoes she wears black heels that make her a little bit taller.
