I'm trying to cover Jitter Doll with Yami Ryone's Strong VCV but I can't find a really good resampler for strong vocals. I'm currently using fresamp. Any help is greatly appreciated~ Thank you!

Nooo, I'm pretty sure you've got it reversed. fresamp is best for powerful vocals since it handles the higher octaves the best. TIPS is best for softer voices, & handles the lower range the best. fresamp14, however, is a softer variation of fresamp.
It honestly depends on the UTAU, & you should really try every resampler on an UTAU for a song before deciding which is best, but from what I've done, fresamp is usually the best for power. The default one might work sometimes. You could try vs4u, but it's very nasally/airy usually.
