Since Youtube is going downhill with the whole Youtube Red thing, I'm looking to alternatives to post my UTAU covers on, I've already considered Vimeo and NicoNico. But I started looking at this chinese website called Bilibili and I've seen a few other UTAU users use the site like EsctacyDarks and Cheesum but I want to know how to mainly use the site, like are there video limitations to uploads, or what you can or can't post, do the video titles have to be chinese?
