Look for a MIDI/VSQ file and adapt it. That or do the more tedious version of looking for a Vocaloid cover that shows the program so you can copy the notes idk

Alternatively, look for just...utauloid covers of it and email/message the ones who made it

I found an UTAUloid version of the song, but it's from 2011 and on niconico so I doubt you could get a ust from there xD
Yeah...You'd have to do it yourself or commission someone cause I'm not sure that anyone is crazy enough to try lol
