Can't convert from romaji to hiragana.

This is extremely frustrating for me. I've tried two different ways now, and looked on the forums for help. Nothing helped me, so here we go.

I tried using the plug-in that you install into UTAU. The readme says to replace the table.txt with the files provided. My problem is when I install the plug-in, it doesn't create a folder in my plugins folder! So I can't access it!

And then I tried the converter that comes with the Essential UTAU toolkit, I downloaded version 5.1. But no matter what I do, following the instructions exactly, it won't change the UST to hiragana. I even went back to the first one to try THAT technique which also won't work.

I'm ready to tug out my hair right now, this doesn't seem like such a problem with anyone else.

The plugin comes in a zip, right? Just make a folder in your plugins folder for it then unzip it....

No, it doesn't come as a zip. It comes as a uar file which installs directly into UTAU, but doesn't seem to produce a folder.
