Different Page Opens After Right Click > Pitch

When I right click on a note and select "Pitch" this page (above) is opening. It used to open Pitch Control panel.
This may be a nooby question but I really don't know how did it open. I've never seen it before. How can I make it open Pitch Control panel again?
