Error while trying to play an ust

Hello everyone!
I'm having a situation with my UTAU. I just installed it on this PC, but every time when i try to play something i got an error saying something like "resampler.exe stopped working or moresampler.exe stopped working"

I already tried with many VBs and differents USTs and it happens every time.

Also, it seems like the notes that it can play sounds like if the Voicebank doesn't have an .oto

Btw, If i add the number " 0 " in this, i don't get the error but the VCV VB sounds like a CV one.

about my pc, i set up the language of non-unicode programs.

If you put preutterance and overlap on 0, it modifies the oto just on that note, so that's why it sounds like that, so you should just leave the consonant velocity blank (just blank, not on 0).
I may advice you to put even your region in Japanese or/and trying to run UTAU as an administrator.
I solved the problem by doing the first one, since I have had this problem too.
Also, remember that in order to use moresampler you have to select moresampler both as wavtool and resampler!
