How to create MIDI in Mac???

I have currently GarageBand I have tried to look for "how to export MIDI from GarageBand" with no luck. It seems that I can only import MIDI into it but no export...

So, I'm wondering if there's any good MIDI program for MAC I'm poor so cannot afford anything expencive, so I could create own UST files.

I've had good luck using FL Studio and Podium Free in Wine. Tracktion T5 is mac-native, though. I've had issues with midi export in T4, but I haven't tested T5. Hopefully that one works fine.

other mac supported DAWs would be ableton, reason and the such. sadly i don't know of any freeware that allows midi creation, but i doubt youll get in trouble for piracy if all you really use the software for is to create midi!
