Is it possible to make a japanese vcv vb speak english?

I heard you can change the japanese syllables into english words, If it's true, please help.

The fandom calls it Engrish, it's not 100% flawless English but it kind of works.

Oh, well i'm still new (obviously) and the only progress i made is understanding vcv, could you help me with uh...the engrish mostly pronouncing the letters "S'' "O" "U" "F" "O"
