...I can't find the right english reciclist:cry:
I found these:

But when I try to make a cover with an UST, it appears like numbers with the letters and vocals and when I try to hear them of course it doesn't make any sound,or it does sound but only some vocals...
even I tried using Neko Kanochi English Voicebank, but it happens that only I can hear some vocals. And no,the UST isn't the problem, because I have seen some other English Utauloids that sang very well those USTs,like E.T.,for example.

Here you can see how there are vocals and consonants with numbers ,I don't undersant which recliclist is the right one . I already made a english voicebank of my utauloid and happened the same problem. Someone do has a perfect English reciclist?

There's a few main English reclists in use by the community at the moment.

VCCV by PaintedCZ - Considered the standard for overseas users (This is probably the kind of UST you're trying to use)
A full series of tutorials is available on youtube here. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLzZkaoYVGHv0CpLpJ5j0M2U_t2eAiV_PA

Delta's CVVC - The favorite of the Japanese community (So all guides are in Japanese, for Japanese users)
Reclist: http://ch.nicovideo.jp/delta_kimigatame/blomaga/ar761052
OTOing: http://ch.nicovideo.jp/delta_kimigatame/blomaga/ar761114
Usage: http://ch.nicovideo.jp/delta_kimigatame/blomaga/ar764836
And some other things, just dig around Delta's blomaga.

Arpasing by Kanru Hua - A simpler and more automatic method (Short reclist, OTO generator, and UST conversion plugin)
A dedicated website with all the resources you need is here. http://arpasing.tubs.moe

Note: In the future, please summarize your question in the thread title, instead of making a vague statement. Something like "Looking for english reclist" would work well.

i think because the ust you have is als not made for your kind of english bank . Its a cvvc ust which has numbers that represent sounds etc .And neko english doesn't have that . You might have to replace those lyrics with what neko has in her vb .Maybe you should look up cz eng reclist this one is the same as in ako kikyuune rockloud eng vb en works with usts like that

As far as I know, Kanochi Neko's English reclist and phoneme encoding are all creator's custom self-made. IDK her encoding but if you want to use Kanochi Neko, you'll need to listen her all vowel samples separately to know which sound is what. If you're not native then I understand that this might be very difficult to identify/name her all vowels: in that case I recommend to look up newers UTAUs like VCCV Eng and Arpasing and practice with those first.

I think I know that E.T. UST. If I remember right, that UST was created in 2012(?) when CZ's VCCV wasn't yet a thing but their older CVVC was. CZ's current VCCV and old CVVC has same or similar encoding, so I think that converting an old CVVC Eng UST for VCCV is not too big work.

To use Arpasing, Delta English (Delta English uses X-Sampa Encoding just like English Vocaloids or A/E) and VCCV, this chart that I made might help you:
