By the looks of it, Sharpkey + its' voicebanks are readily available for overseas users now without the need of a pan.baidu account! If you go the the main page, just press the 下载编辑器 text and it automatically downloads the editor through the site. 下载音源 also links to the available voicebanks for Sharpkey (which is only Kiana and Huan atm) Not entirely sure if this is new information or not so pls dont crucify me if this isn't news ; o ;
I have decided to post the links publicly. Partially because I don't get to messages in time and also because a lot of people won't message me anyways. If the developer would like this mirror taken down then they can contact me, unfortunately the language barrier makes it difficult for me to ask in the first place. Just want to ask those who have used Sharpkey, would you guys recommend to use Sharpkey now or wait when there are more "resources"? (tutorials, ust equivalents)
I would say that in terms of use... if you know how to use UTAU or Vocaloid, it's no different in terms of learning. It's the combination of Vocaloid's free range note placement and top half UI with UTAU's direct parameter editing on the note. The only real barrier to usage is the Chinese, but there's not a million and 1 things to click through to find your way around the program. Input allows for pinyin and it has BGM import (wav only). Even though the UI isn't English, a user should be able to pick it up and use it to some degree easier than say... UTAU in Japanese (a lot of drop down menus) or Cevio (no English equivalent and a lot of sliders and such).
If you know how to use Cevio or Vocaloid then Sharpkey is almost exactly the same. You can pick it up in no time.
Honestly, Sharpkey is a lot easier than any other vocalsynth I've used, so even if you've never used other vocalsynth programs, you could probably figure it out really quickly.
http://www.bilibili.com/video/av7451876/ ^ mmd video... check out those jiggle physics lol her voice is a little weak but it would probably fit a less energetic song :\
Not an MMD video, it was made in Unity. It's way too nice to be made in MMD. That's not even the original video, it's a repost with different audio.
I have redistributed the new version of the editor to my server, you can download i at http://dynamivox.com/pub_files/sharpkey/Setup_SharpkeyEditor_3.4.0.exe
