So, someone oto'ed my utau and only sent back the oto.ini file for me to put into the folder but it does nothing? When I open the utau's edit window they're all blank. Could it be because I have a mac and maybe they oto'ed it on a windows computer? I cant open the file like I can with other ones either.

Hmm... maybe try reloading the bank into UTAU-Synth again? It should automatically take the Windows made oto and make a copy so it would work with MAC so, remove the voicebank from UTAU and load it back in. It should work.
