UPDATE: Project SHASTALOID HAS A NEW NAME!

Project ARCELLA is a series of UTAU voicebanks created by a small team from the United States, we started production in March of 2013 and we've been growing ever since.

Our series is split into three projects, Project ARCELLA, ARCELLA_Extended, and ARCELLAplus. The main reason we did that is because of the sheer size of the project, (over 20 members and counting!), the circumstance some of our voicebanks are in. We have several voicebanks that were given to the project and no longer receive updates, so rather than completely discarding these UTAU voicebanks, we put them in their own project. There are also a few that were part of trades, and getting updates for them are pretty hard. Then there are a handful that are either A.) pitch bends of members of Project ARCELLA made into their own characters, or they share a voice actor with a member of Project ARCELLA. We still work on them, but there's really not much we can do with them. Voicebanks such as these became a part of the Extended Project.

Our main set, Project ARCELLA itself consists of the main seven vocals, which, in order are; ANDROMEDA, CAELUM, AQUILA, CYGNUS, CARINA, CORVUS and LYRA. These vocals are far higher quality than the members of Extend, and are worked on regularly since there is a lot more we can do with these members.

We also have a few additional side series such as iARC, ARCjr, and ARC_Sync which were planned, but never actually created. We may put them into production at a later date, but as of now, we have no plans to do so. iARC is a series of instrumental UTAU libraries that were actually made, but never released due to quality issues. Then a bunch of other instrumental libraries arose using several of the same instruments, so the team decided to keep iARC private. ARCjr was going to be a childrens' choir, but then we A.) found out about Project IF... and B.) couldn't gather enough kids. So that project was tossed a side and later became ARC_Sync, which was the same thing, but with older singers. This plan had the same issues as the last one and was tossed aside again. We eventually gave up on the idea.

ARC is short for ARCELLA, EX is short for Extend, i is the instrumental libraries, p is for plus and the last row are the choirs we planned, but abandoned.
