Ruka came from pretty large family that she prefers not to talk about. After she turned 18, her parents threw her out and she moved in with a friend from high school, Snow. At the time, Snow already had a roommate, a teenage boy named Angel. The three had an odd bond but things always worked out. Angel later introduced Ruka and Snow to some kids he met, Shadow, Neko and Storm.
Ruka is a soft spoken woman, who has a strong will, but not much motivation. She tends to be very cold and intimidating towards people who don't actually know her, but she's actually pretty chill and loves a good conversation. She's very tolerant of most things, but certain things such as cruelty will make her put her foot down. When she puts her foot down, she doesn't really do much, words are her weapon.
