Teto won't sing

So I have a few voicebanks and they all have always worked perfectly. Today I decided to install Teto English, but for some reason I can't get her to sing. Everyone else still works fine.
Anyone know what's wrong? ;^;

Can you provide a screen shot of the ust you're trying to use?
She uses Delta's reclist so its different from those that uses Cz's. If you havent you might want to edit the ust to fit that type of english.

I've tried several different USTs and just typing in sounds, but none of them work.
As far as screenshotting a UST goes, do you just want me to post of the editor? (I'm sorry im so newbish ;w; )

I can see that you dont have japanese locale set. You need to change it and then re-install the program. While you're changing the locale check in the formats tab advanced settings and see if the decimal is set to "." and not ",".
