Tiny FRQ editing window

So ever since I got my new laptop somethings been bugging me with UTAU. When I open the FRQ editing window some of the lowerparts gets cut out, and I cant drag the window to be taller. Making it a bit annoying to use the those useful butons on the bottom. I tried to see if my screenreslotion had an effect on it, but it didnt.
Running the program as admin didnt affect it either.
Any clues on what I should do?

yeah, it is one of utau problems.
but there is an alternative, use frqeditor;

it is an utility to edit frq files.

This plugin made FRQ editing so much easier and faster. I'm actually enjoying editing this time. Thank you so much for suggesting it
