Tsugai Kogarashi VSQ?

Dose any know where I can find the VSQ of Tsugai Kogarashi?  I need it so I can open it in Face and Lips to do some lip sincing for the dance I'm working on in MMD.

Face and Lips won't let me load the ust, so I need the VSQ.

Never mind I found out you can save the ust in UTAU as a VSQ  I'm trying that out to see if Face and Lips can open it.
