USTs won't work unless placed in the UTAU's voice folder

So I've been running into this problem lately; certain UTAUloids (so far it's happened with Neko Kanochi and Momo Momone) won't work in USTs unless that UST is placed in their voice folder. Attempting to select that UTAU and play the song if it isn't in their voice folder results in the program acting like the UTAU's sounds don't exist. Is this normal? If not, does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?

how strange, assuming your PC is in the Japanese locale?

You may need to edit your folder permissions.

Oh, that might be it... It is in a location where you need admin permission to put things. I'll try changing that and let you know if it worked. Thanks for the suggestion.
