I'm sorry if this problem has already been solved! I'm trying to install UTAU on my computer (Mac) and its worked successfully by downloading it from utau2008 + wine. I made the mistake of forgetting to set my region to Japan, so it was all gibberish and notes wouldn't play, so I uninstalled UTAU and tried to reinstall it again. Now the installation process is completely different, and when i try to install it, the UTAU folder only has the voice folder.
This is how the installation looks:
