UTAU sounding strange

Okay so I re-recorded my UTAU with a brand new mic ( a CAD u37, at the suggestion of another user) and whenever I play her sounds in UTAU she sounds like she has a sore throat. (her voice sounds scratchy and hoarse). I've tried changing the resampler, removing/using flags, adjusting the oto, I've fit her voice for the UST I was using, etc.

What am I doing wrong?

Well you can try to erase all frequencies and make them again, if you still can not solve try to edit the map of frequencies, would also help us solve this error for you if you leave a sample of the problem in question

What can happen is that your frq files have generated poorly.
Try deleting all of the frq files and using resampler.dll to generate them (not joking).

also make ure you don't have a lot of noise or breath in your samples because then it'll just die.
