Originally a joke voicebank for April Fools Day, people requested that he'd be released so here he is as a "somewhat-joke" VB.
VITSI (lit. translation "(a) joke") is an alien (the only reason for this is because i can't draw hands and i gave him tentacle hands lol) who wears a cardboard box for reasons unknown. He also dons a cream-colored jacket, mint green bowtie, brown pants and black shoes. He doesn't have a set personality, so everyone's free to interpret his personality any way they like.
