What am I supposed to do about files like these?

It doesn't show up as a folder in my voicebanks, and when i click on it, it downloads and the window with her face pops up and Utau opens a new project with Defoko, but when I search my voices, she's still not listed

Is it a UAR? Banks that are in UAR format usually have to be dragged and dropped in UTAU and they'll be in

C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\UTAU\

after having been dropped in the program (note, AppData is a hidden folder by default so you'll have to change your folder options).
