I like how this is stylized and I really like how the palette was applied. None of the limbs look distorted and everything appears to be the correct proportions. If you'd like to add anything, I would suggest adding some shading/lighting and the clothes could be textured, but the style is fine as it is. I do think the necklace or gem needs to stand out more, but otherwise a job well done. It's much better than anything I could do lol
