Would it be legal to create an UTAUloid from the Google Translate's voice?

Hello.
I want to make an utauloid using Google Translate's voice. Would it be legal?
The voice bank that I'm making is have to be private, only for my own use..

I know, better be if I post this question in Google Translate discussion group, but this group is closed and doesn't accepts new posts.
Please, help.

It's not really legal. The UTAU user agreement says that you cannot do a voicebank of someone's voice without their permission, because of obvious legal reasons.

Now, I've seen people not care/be lenient if you don't release the bank. There are loads of UTAUs like that, Datepoid, Gagaloid, all of those people making Google-loids. As long as you don't give it to anyone the community should be fine with it.
