    With moresampler make sure wav tool and resampler, are both moresampler .

    I see . Moresampler can create a base oto, but no matter what it needs to be edited . Otherwise common to get terrible overlaps(the green) values, bad cut off(right blank),strange alias duplicates . For manual otoing there are tutorials explaining the concepts,(and example...

    Would recommend most re samplers over the default . However , more sampler can't say it works ideally for every utau, but would recommend trying the multiple out there anyways .

    hmm If you post a link, it could be a number of things, whether frq, bg noise amplified, or oto. will wait to hear sample oh. the frq is crazy, what resampler are you using?

    Yo ! May you learn the synth ,well. Beginneer tips include download some configured UTAU to use so you can become famiar with their use and how files work , so this can be easier to make a voice bank later . Enjoy the forum .
