    I know of NiaoNiao, which is choppy, VocalSharp, kinda like deepvocal but the UI is in Chinese, Enunu/NNSVS isn't really a program, but is used for AI voicebanks, and then also Paintvoice, which is choppy and only on Android. Hope this helps!

    Pitch Editor, it's easier to use than drawing it myself in OU. Because of this, I do the pitching in OG UTAU, constantly save to hear the new changes, and then go back.
