    My advice is to make a copy of the text inside, create another plaintext (.txt) file and name it oto.ini , drag it in and when prompted, replace the file in the destination

    Have you tried dragging it back in to see if it pops up as having another file with the same name? 1745809247 Also, have you tried seeing if you have any parameters set in file explorer?
