Recording a Powerscale English Utau

I want to make a multipitch/powerscale english utau.
Would the lite CVVC reclist be better for recording this or the full one?

First off, I'd make just one pitch then see if you want to make more. There's a LOT of recording to do. If you're major dedicated I'd do Full - I think more people use and make USTs for Full. But if you're worried about how much it would take, use Lite, which is significantly less recording. I'd also ask Cz about her new lists she's currently working on.

Yeah, definitely get comfy recording/OTOing one pitch first before you jump into powerscales. Other than that, I feel like full list would be better for helping the user maintain the tone they want. For one thing, I personally find that the CC consonants for lite take longer than I expect, and it always bums me out 8/ And another thing I like about full is that if one recording kind of sucks tone-wise then the user more options for replacing it.
