I hate to come off, or sound like damn flake, but this will not be uploaded by Christmas. The night before yesterday I had finished mixing the song but didn't export it yet because I wasn't sure if I needed to do more editing. I figured I would wait until I finished the movie and then I would through some final editing touches before exporting the finished song, so I saved to as a project file.
Fast forward to yesterday night I go to open the project file, so I know how I need to edit some things in the movie timing wise and I find a soundless project file. The tracks showed up with names, but there was no sound. I couldn't even recover the files using file history, or find temp files. I admit it; I cried because I've used every available second I had this past month working on this and it was all gone. Ruined.
I don't have the time to redo and finish it by morning, or tomorrow. I have work and the next available time I have to work on it is after New Years, so it's going to be really late.
I'm sorry I can't meet my own damn deadline and if I sound like a flake making excuses.
