When naming any OC, I tend to use http://www.20000-names.com/ and http://www.behindthename.com/ . The later is especially helpful because it has surnames as well.

Jisho is trustworthy (at least it's probably one of the "best" and making the more sense) and as end suggested, 20000 and behind then name are good deal as well
