My hand is jacked up so I can't draw for more than 30 minutes, plus she has literally only been taken out of her case once and that was last year, I can't use her because my computer doesn't read discs so it'd be a waste/shame to keep her

You can use VOCALOIDs on a laptop without a disc drive as long as there's some computer in your house that does have one. You can put the VOCALOID's files onto a flash drive and then put them on the laptop and install it there. That's what I had to do with MEIKO.
