Mostly because I know that if the voicebank isn't a VCV kire VB with a lot of pitches and vocal fries and whatnot then it's not going to be used. Or even if it's not a VCV VB at all then it's most likely not going to be used. Also, if your UTAU's design is differentiating from "the norm" even slightly or completely then it's not going to be used.
