No, what I'm meaning is the use of カバー makes me wonder if it's a Japanese or other language vocal being used to replicate English. Sorry for being unclear.

@partial Oh- I did say "...On English songs with a English UTAU bank" meaning that doe's not apply to moments when it's just a Japanese bank replicating English since they are not English Banks. ^-^;

Oh! Well, in that case, I think using カバー is more of just following the trend of other Vocaloid/UTAU covers. Maybe some people add it because they feel it's required. I dunno, heh.
