Install OREMO program to record an UTAU voicebank. You can also record a voicebank with Audacity but I would use it only if Oremo doesn't work no matter what (if use Audacity, remember to save all sound as 16 bit wav format. In Oremo you don't need to worry about this as doing that automatically). Avoid PC's built-in mic, use anything else as mic. ---
