There would be a point/currency system for asking/offering to make sure a member is not just leeching off services. How complicated the task being offered/asked varies on how many points is given/taken from (ex. CV oto has less points than a VCCV oto, a duet mix has more points than a solo mix, etc.)

And of course, applications should be strict! We wouldn't want any moresampler generated otos or slapped-on-Audacity-mixed covers for quality control. Active participation should be a must as well unless you state beforehand that you'll be going on a hiatus before getting kicked out.
