MEL English by Mae Blythe and S-CVVC by Salem Wasteland can be used in custom vocal synth engines, however I recommend talking to Salem Wasteland and/or Mae Blythe first. Mae Blythe can be contacted on her Utau Search and Rescue Blogspot or on YouTube, and Salem Wasteland can probably be contacted on Utaforum, which he is on.
