For the UAR, download it, then when OpenUTAU opens, drag it onto the screen and the installation will appear.

That’s because you installed it in the wrong setting. Try again and instead pick UTF-8 this time when it says to select the encoding. If UTF-8 is picked, the Greek symbols will show up once it’s installed.
Install the voicebank and use it in OpenUTAU instead
or try to reinstall it
Idk anymore because I found nothing wrong with it.
