    im adding a "low" voice color to my cvvc voicebank with voice colors except it's just the D#2 pitch from my tripitch voicebank ;-;

    im also finally starting to work on the regular voice color (the default)

    I don't know what resamp you used, but she sounds very good! I like it. She still has the glottal stop vowels but there are ways to get around that and I REALLY LIKE THIS

    tysm!! :smile: i used moresampler...i think that's the resampler she sounds best with. also, i recorded the samples beforehand so that's why there's a glottal stop, i didn't feel like rerecording ;-;

    im currently working on a very short cover (im making a ustx) of "Be Amateur!" by Ro2noki, and its going surprisingly well! so well that i might even make it longer... :D

    at the same time this song is probably overshadowed by Hymn to the Decadent Life...

    i haven't been working on the voice color cvvc voicebank for meibu as much, but here are the recordings i've gotten done: i've finished the one for the regular tone, the soft/whisper tone, the power tone, the strain or whatever it is one, and the nasal one. for the strain one, it is just cv because my voice hurt a little bit while recording it and you'd probably only want to use it rarely.

    (also i just listened to the strain one and it sounds so weird ;-; but for some weird reason im starting to like it <only a little bit tho...>)

    If your voice starts hurting or feels strained, stop recording! I can't stress this more, your vocal chords DO NOT HEAL!!!!!!
    For certain voicebank types like screamo, you have to learn how to do it safely, and there are plenty of online resources.

    This was meant to be a reply for the review, however thank you for the response! And if the aliases are for you, I don't recommend changing them, however it'll make it more intuitive for other users. I'd recommend adding the 'zh' phoneme (the 'zh' in 'zhuzh'), and the 'dh' phoneme, which is the 'th' in 'their', or the 'th' in 'think', depending on what phoneme Calcium English has.

    i mostly finished working on one of the voice colors otos (the power one for my japanese cvvc voice color voicebank) and this is what it sounds like!! i think it sounds quite good :D

    (reminder: im definitely not done with this voicebank, so if you think in some parts it sounds wrong, i can fix it easily)

    @Natsucchi ty!! :D also, the vowels are choppy because for some reason whenever i record vowel sounds for vcv or cvvc, i pause between each vowel for some reason ;-; i think i should stop doing that

    That happened to me when I was recording Suzuki Hoshi V1 in 2024 but worse. Like it wasn't just glottal stop, it was a wreck.

    should i make a voicebank with voice colors? (for openutau)? i've already made a tripitch, and plus i just really like when voicebanks have voice colors (ps: if i did make voicebank with voice colors, i'd probably make another cvvc japanese voicebank because they're smoother than cv but also not as long as vcv)
