That's either Sleep Paralysis or a Night Terror depending on whether you were asleep or not. Unfortunately, it is normal to get them and it is said that everyone will experience them in their life. ^.^;

ye @Jeffrey also @SOH it was sleep paralysis and im p sure i had an obe bc i saw myself asleep like i was floating by my bed looking at myself later on in the dream it was a little spooky
