So when you create a UST or use an untuned one, there's no pitch lines. To fix this:
Click on Pitch.
A menu should show up like the one below.
Click the Portamento to turn it on. You now have pitch lines!
To move them, left-click on one of the control points, like so:
Click Add Control Point. Move that control point, then you have tuned a note.
